Hi, I’m Adam – thanks for visiting my page.

My approach to health and fitness is all about balance and practicality. I believe that a healthy lifestyle combines physical fitness, mental well-being, and social connections.

I’ve always had a passion for sports and exercise. As a triathlete, I’ve competed in everything from sprints to half Ironmans (70.3), completing six Ironman 70.3 races on iconic courses across the UK and Europe. I’ve also rowed at a national level and played basketball, football, and athletics at county level.

With professional qualifications and years of experience in the sports and health industry, I’m able to offer guidance and support to help you enjoy the journey to better health.

Industry Experience

With over 12 years in the industry, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of athletes across various sports, from recreational enthusiasts and the general population to professional athletes. My experience includes collaborations with local councils, authorities, and partnerships to provide specialist exercise prescriptions. Areas of focus include general populations, cancer rehabilitation, managing lower back pain, pre and postnatal exercise, and long-term brain injury rehabilitation.

I’ve also had the privilege of working with Premier League Football Clubs and international athletes in sports such as rowing, wheelchair rugby, taekwondo, eventing, swimming, and gymnastics. Additionally, I’ve partnered with leading companies in the health and fitness industry, including Gym Box, Reebok, and Spartan Race UK to name a few. My experience spans from one-on-one sessions to group exercise classes of over 100 participants.

These are just some of the services I offer. Whether you’re looking to improve your general fitness, recover from an injury, or train for a specific sport, I’m here to help you achieve your goals with a tailored and supportive approach.
